What happens to the mechanical energy of a fan which runs inside a closed container?In what form is that energy transformed?And similarly a loud speaker inside a closed room.What happens to that sound energy which is not being transformed out of the container walls?

It transfers as heat energy through collision.
That energy is used up in stopping the air particles or sound waves hitting the walls.It is similar to 1 trying to push a wall and that energy given to wall is used to stop the hand(action and reaction).
